"Technology vs Theology " or "Technology and Theology"

For me, following 3 lines could sum up the Foley's argument on Technology and Theology.
Thus, from a theological perspective, technology is any process, tool, or other human fabrication that affects people’s well being; it is more praxis than techne requiring phronesis rather than simple poiesis.

Technology is a tool or instrument which makes, helps people to have a better and easy lives. Theology is important component of ministry but the technology furnishes, decorates to that componentand makes all things easy and accessible . Like printing books back in 16 century, internet, digital media is the most powerful tool to reach the grass-root level, yet, on the other hand, we should keep in mind that there are many places in the world where digital media cannot be reached. The point I am trying to make here is that; although digital media could be the one of the most powerful tools in theological education and ministry in some parts of the world, it is not very a useful tool for the people from other side of the world. Therefore, the danger here when we talk about using technology in teaching and ministry, we are too quick to generalize over everything. The issue of using digital media or technology should be spoken specifically to a specific place and specific people, rather than generalizing the whole issue. In places where technology has been using as a tool for theology education many years, how to use technology effectively in teaching or doing theology could be the issue to discuss about, but, how to introduce the use of digital media and raising funds for the equipments are the questions for the other parts of the world which are unindustrialized or third-world countries.

I would like to know more about Lilly endowment. It would be nice if you could tell me something about this fund or endowment for upgrading technology in theological education.
